We are publishing this official update to inform you of the now-effective EU customs regulation, and to confirm our policy to shield you from any unexpected additional costs caused by this change.

New EU Customs Rule Overview
A new EU customs regulation will officially come into effect on 1 July 2026. Under this policy, all parcels entering EU countries with a declared value under €150 will be subject to a fixed €3 customs charge. This rule applies to all VidaBay Snap orders shipped to EU addresses, including the VidaBay Snap 3-Pack and other eligible products in our store.

We Will Fully Cover the €3 Customs Fee
To ensure a seamless shopping experience and protect our customers from unplanned expenses, VidaBay will cover the full €3 customs charge for all affected orders. You will not be responsible for this fee.

What to Do If You Are Charged Upon Delivery
In some cases, the courier may collect the €3 fee directly from you at the time of package delivery. If this happens, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Keep the official payment receipt or customs charge document provided by the courier.
  2. After you have successfully received your order, contact our customer support team at feedback@vidabay.net with your order number and payment evidence.
  3. We will immediately process a full €3 refund to your original payment method once we verify the documentation.
