Based on our comprehensive testing and user feedback, we have identified that users with iPhone 14 Pro Max (14PM) and iPhone 15 Pro Max (15PM) may experience temporary functional issues when installing the VidaBay Snap app for the first time on iOS 26.4.
All other iPhone models and usage scenarios remain fully functional.
All existing users can continue to use the app stably without any interruptions as long as they keep their currently installed version and do not uninstall and reinstall it.
Our technical team is working diligently to roll out an app update to resolve this compatibility issue as quickly as possible.
