Important Shipping Update: 2026 China Labor Day Holiday Warehouse & Delivery Schedule
Holiday Shipping Notice: Orders from select regions will be shipped on May 5, 2026
Posted on April 30, 2026 | By VidaBay Team
To our valued customers worldwide,
First and foremost, we hope this message finds you well, and we wish you a wonderful start to the month of May.
We are writing to formally inform you of a temporary regional adjustment to our shipping schedule during the upcoming China Labor Day statutory public holiday, and to sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to your order delivery.
Key Note: US Orders Ship Normally Without Interruption
To our customers in the United States: All orders shipping to the US are NOT affected by this holiday adjustment. All US-bound orders are shipped directly from our China headquarters, and our partnered logistics carriers for US routes maintain full, normal operations throughout the China Labor Day holiday. There will be zero interruptions to order processing, package pickup, international transportation, customs clearance, or final delivery — all US orders will be processed and shipped normally as scheduled, even during the holiday period.
Core Shipping Arrangements (All Time in UTC+8 / Beijing Time)
Our top priority is always to deliver your orders safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Shipping rules vary by destination region, with specific arrangements as follows:
For US-bound Orders (No Holiday Impact)
All orders shipping to the United States, whether placed before or during the holiday, will be processed, picked up, and shipped normally in accordance with our standard timeline, with no delays. You can track the logistics status of your orders normally via the official VidaBay website order tracking page at any time.
For Orders to Affected Select Regions (Holiday Adjustment)
For orders shipping to select regions outside the US, due to the limited holiday service schedule of our global logistics partners and the temporary closure of our China-based headquarters warehouse for non-US routes, our shipping schedule is updated as follows:
- Pre-holiday Order Cut-off: All in-stock orders paid in full by 18:00 on April 29, 2026, shipping to affected select regions, will be fully packed, inspected, and handed over to our partnered carriers (including DHL, FedEx, UPS, China Post International, 4PX, and YunExpress) before the holiday. You can track the logistics status of these orders normally via our official website.
- Holiday Order Processing:All orders placed between 18:00 on April 29, 2026 and 24:00 on May 4, 2026, shipping to affected select regions, will not be processed or shipped out during the holiday period. All pending orders will be prioritized and dispatched in strict order of payment on May 5, 2026 (the first business day), immediately after our warehouse and logistics partners resume full operations for these routes. We will add extra staff and shifts to ensure every backlogged order is handed over to carriers and scanned for logistics updates on May 5.
Why This Regional Adjustment Is Necessary
We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, and we never make shipping delay decisions lightly. This temporary regional adjustment is based on key considerations to protect your shopping experience:
- Stable US Route Operations: Our dedicated partnered carriers for US-bound shipments have confirmed full, uninterrupted operations for their China-based sorting centers, US mainline transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery throughout the China Labor Day holiday. There is no reduction in transport capacity, and no increased risk of package stagnation, loss, or damage, so we can guarantee normal shipping for all US orders.
- Logistics Service Stability for Other Global Regions: For most other international routes, our partnered logistics carriers will operate on a limited holiday schedule, with significant reductions in sorting center staffing, mainline transport capacity, and customs clearance support. Shipping orders to these select regions during the holiday would lead to a high risk of package stagnation, customs delays, lost items, or damaged goods, which would ultimately create a far worse experience for you.
- Team Service Quality Guarantee: This statutory holiday allows our hardworking China-based warehouse, quality inspection, and logistics operations teams to take a well-deserved break. They will return to work on May 5 with full energy, to ensure every order for affected regions is processed with the high level of care and accuracy you expect from VidaBay.
May Day Exclusive Order Discount
As a sincere token of our apology for the inconvenience and extended waiting time brought by this temporary shipping adjustment, we have prepared an exclusive May Day price discount for all our valued customers.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this temporary shipping adjustment for select regions. Thank you for your unwavering trust, support, and understanding.
Warm regards,
The VidaBay Team
