This product adopts E-Paper display technology. During screen refresh operations (including partial refresh and full refresh), a brief and rapid flicker will occur. This phenomenon is an inherent technical characteristic, not a product quality defect, and does not affect the screen's service life or core display functions.

For individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, visual sensitivity, migraines (triggered by light stimulation), etc., this flicker may cause discomfort such as dizziness, nausea, and blurred vision. Such individuals should use this product with caution. If the above symptoms occur during use, stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention promptly.

Our company shall not be liable for any health damages caused by this characteristic.

The product shell is made of acrylic material. Although it has basic scratch-resistant and minor impact-resistant capabilities, it is prone to cracking and chipping when subjected to severe collisions, extrusion, or falling from heights. Broken parts may produce sharp fragments, posing a risk of skin scratches. Avoid external impacts during use and storage.

The edges of the product's refrigerator magnet component have no chamfers; do not rub them forcefully against the skin to prevent scratches. Our company shall not be liable for any scratches caused by improper use.

The core display component inside the product is a glass screen, which also includes metal structural parts, a core processing chip, and high-strength adhesive specially used for acrylic bonding. If the glass screen is damaged, it will produce sharp debris that may cause scratches. You should dispose of the glass debris as soon as possible to avoid scratches, and our company shall not be liable for any scratches resulting therefrom.

Additionally, damage may expose internal metal parts, which also poses a scratch risk. The high-strength adhesive is only used for bonding acrylic components during original factory assembly. There is no risk of contact with eyes, skin, or mucous membranes during normal use and compliant maintenance. If you disassemble the product by yourself, the high-strength adhesive may be exposed and come into contact with the human body. In such cases, immediately rinse the contacted area with a neutral professional cleaning agent and seek medical attention if necessary. Our company shall not be liable for any injuries caused by self-disassembly.

The core chip must be kept away from water/humid environments (relative humidity > 85%), high-temperature environments (> 65℃), and low-temperature environments (< -15℃). Chip malfunctions and product shutdowns caused by the above environmental factors are not covered by the warranty.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

We only provide repair or replacement services for functional failures caused by original manufacturing defects in accordance with the "North American Product Warranty Policy" and "legal Guarantee" of the European Union. Our company shall not be liable in the following cases:

• Improper operation: Including the use of non-original accessories, improper cleaning (corrosive cleaning agents/hard tools), self-disassembly/modification/third-party repairs, and impact on the screen or shell with hard objects.
• Environmental factors and accidents: Including extreme temperature and humidity, outdoor exposure to rain/sunlight, falls and collisions, foreign objects entering the device, and force majeure (natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, and hurricanes).
• Wear and tear and indirect losses: Including normal wear and tear of the product (such as shell scratches and slight screen aging), economic losses caused by service interruption, functional abnormalities caused by the user's own operational errors. We also do not assume liability for display failures caused by third-party software compatibility issues (non-officially recommended software).
• Non-compliant products: Products sold through non-authorized channels of this brand (such as parallel imports, second-hand resales, and non-certified distributors) may not comply with the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards of FCC (United States), IC (Canada) and CE (the European Union). Our company does not guarantee the quality, compliance, or use risks of such products.

2. Data-Related Disclaimer (Adapted to Non-Wireless Module Attribute)

This product has no data storage or wireless transmission functions. If the user realizes data interaction through external devices (non-original recommended), our company shall not be liable for any data leakage or loss caused by external device failures or operational errors.

1. Minors' Supervision

Minors must use this product under continuous adult supervision. Guardians must clearly inform minors of key risk points such as "prohibited from disassembling, avoiding biting, and proper cleaning". Guardians shall bear full responsibility for injuries to minors or product damage caused by inadequate supervision.

2. Cleaning and Maintenance Specifications

It is recommended to gently wipe the acrylic shell and glass screen with a dry soft cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents such as alcohol and acetone, or hard tools such as steel wool and blades. Product damage caused by improper cleaning is not covered by the warranty.

3. Waste Disposal

This product has no built-in battery. When discarding, it must be disposed of in accordance with local North American and the European Union regulations (such as California's Electronic Waste Recycling Act in the United States and Canada's Electronic Waste Management Regulations) at designated electronic waste recycling facilities. Mixing it with regular household waste is prohibited. Users shall bear all responsibilities arising from non-compliant disposal.
